What is Brew Ha Ha?
Brew Ha Ha is the Quad Cities favorite beer-tasting event. It is a fun filled day with awesome beer, great music, and lots of laughs. The proceeds from this event go to support local charities and programs in the Quad-Cities – like Jaycee Santa or our Impact Projects (the most recent of which was The Playground Improvement Project at Hand-in-Hand)!

What time is Brew Ha Ha?
*Check - in begins at 12:00 p.m.. Beer will be available for purchase in our reception area for the first 1,000 guests from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Sampling begins at 1:00 p.m.
Do you have to be 21?
Yes, only those age 21 and over with proper ID will be allowed entry. This includes volunteers and vendors.
What is the size of a food vendor space?
Vendor space is 15 ft deep (out from the curb) by 15 ft in width.
How much is the cost per space?
The cost per space is $100.00. This fee is non-refundable. Additional linear feet may be purchased at a rate of $50.00 per additional foot. (15ft by 16ft will cost $150.00) If vendors exceed the agreed upon space, they will not be allowed to open for business without paying the additional fee or reducing occupied space.
How many food vendors will be set up at the festival?
Historically, we have had 4-6 food vendors. Priority will be given to returning food vendors as long as space is reserved by August 1.
Do we provide electricity or other items?
Yes. If vendors requires power, they must notify the Jaycees in its application regarding the amount required.
When can I load in to my space and when can we load out of the festival?
Vendors can load in on Saturday, day of event, from 8am to 12pm. You are not allowed to break down before the close of the event at 5pm.
Will I receive a parking pass and entrance to the festival as a patron?
No. Any vendor interested in beer tasting will need to purchase an admission ticket that includes a commemorative tasting glass at the cost of $35.00 per person. There are no parking passes. Vendors will have to park in parking lot except during loading and unloading of vendor vehicles.
